Nataša Milosavljević is a mathematician who graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade in 2009, specializing in Computer Science. She obtained her PhD from the same institution in 2018, with a focus on optimization in the trade-off between time and clustering costs when data is missing. From 2011 to 2013, she worked at the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts as a research associate on project III44006: Development of new information and communication technologies based on advanced mathematical methods, with applications in medicine, telecommunications, power systems, protection of national heritage, and education. Later on (2013-2018), she worked as an assistant at the State University of Novi Pazar, Department of Mathematics. Currently, she works at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Belgrade as an associate professor, Department of Mathematics and Physics. She has been awarded the Young Researchers Award. She worked on optimization software for Serbian railway problems in collaboration with the Faculty of Traffic, University of Belgrade. She also worked as part of a project on several technical solutions that solved problems with the electronic dossier of the Clinical Center in Serbia, later on the clustering problem when patient data is missing. She made a decision support system for autoimmune diseases at the Clinical Center of Serbia. She collaborated with forensics to implement a DNA analysis system for mixed DNA samples. She was a reviewer of the 2019 International Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Learning (SCML2019) April 26-29, Wuhan, China.
