Željka Požgaj

Željka is highly qualified and dedicated professional in the field of early childhood education. As a Master of Early and Preschool Education, she is always ready to tackle the challenges of the educational process, whether in the role of a principal or as a current educator in the same kindergarten. She continually educates herself and implements changes based on ongoing inquiry into the educational process and new pedagogical tools.

Furthermore, as a licensed county disseminator for EU themes, she has been involved in various national and Erasmus+ projects as an author and project manager, contributing to the internationalization of the institution where she works, which she led from 2014-2023. She has also participated in many international scientific conferences and published papers on topics essential to early childhood education.
