Participant Registration

Participation in the conference is subject to an annual membership fee of 5 EUR, in accordance with the Statute and funding model of the EdTech Center Western Balkans.

This year, we have introduced a symbolic participation fee to ensure the long-term sustainability of the conference and to support the development of new initiatives aimed at advancing digital education in Serbia. These initiatives will be designed to address the real needs of teachers and students, with a particular focus on the meaningful and ethical use of educational technologies.

Access to the conference will be provided through a link published in the event agenda on our website. The same link will also be sent to all registered participants prior to the event.

The conference programme will be delivered in Serbian and English, with simultaneous interpretation available throughout the event.

The conference is currently undergoing the accreditation process with the Institute for the Improvement of Education as a professional development event. Upon accreditation, participants will be awarded 8 professional development credits for attending both conference days.

Certificates of participation will be issued to participants who have paid the membership fee and completed the registration process. Registration also ensures that participants receive all relevant conference updates and information.

Yes. Participation in the Digital Education Conference requires payment of the 500 RSD annual membership fee. Payment instructions will be published soon.

Yes. Even if you miss the online registration, you will still be able to attend the conference. The agenda, access links, and all relevant information will be published on the EdTech Center website before the event.

No. The conference will be streamed live on our official YouTube channel, so no additional software or application is required. The access link will be published in the event agenda on our website and will also be sent to all registered participants before the conference.

The “Digital Education Conference” will be held in an online format and streamed live on our official YouTube channel.

The conference programme will be conducted in Serbian and English. Translation software will be available throughout the event.
